By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms,
do not access or use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms,
as well as any additional guidelines, policies, or rules that may be posted from time to time on the Site.
2. SaaS Service Description

4. Subscription and Fees

By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees for the duration of your subscription.
a. One-Year Free Trial: We offer a one-year free trial of the Basic Plan for businesses with up to 50 employees.
During this trial period, you can access the Basic Plan features at no cost.
The trial period begins on the date you register for the Service.
b. Add-On Features During Trial: If you wish to use any add-on features or services that are not included in the Basic Plan during the trial period,
you will need to pay the applicable charges for those features.
These charges are separate from the free trial and must be paid before access to the add-on features is granted.
c. Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a [monthly/annual] basis and are non-refundable.
Your payment information will be required before the end of the trial period to continue using the Service without interruption.
d. Renewal Date: Upon renewal, your subscription will resume from the date of expiry of the previous subscription period, not from the date of the renewal payment.
This ensures that there is no loss of service time if renewal is delayed.
e. Minimum Renewal Period: The minimum renewal period is 180 days. You cannot renew your subscription for a period shorter than 180 days.
This ensures continuity of service and simplifies subscription management.
f. Data Access After Expiry: If your subscription plan expires and you choose not to renew, you will no longer have access to the platform, including the ability to access or download any data stored on the platform.
To regain access to your data, you will need to renew your subscription. We do not allow data access without an active subscription.
g. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time,
but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.
h. Account and Data Deletion: If the subscription fee is not paid within 6 months after the expiry of your previous
subscription period, we reserve the right to delete your account and all data associated with it.
This deletion is irreversible, and you will not be able to recover any data or content once the account is deleted.
5. License and Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes. You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service.
b.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
c.
Sell, resell, rent, lease, or distribute access to the Service.
d.
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
6. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide,
royalty-free license to use, copy, transmit,
store, and back up your data for the purposes of providing the Service to you.

indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits,
data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service;
(ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
(iii) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through our Service; or
(iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of
any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions,

without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vadodara for
the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, without prior notice.
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
