These charges are separate from the free trial and must be paid before access to the add-on features is granted.
c. Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a [monthly/annual] basis and are non-refundable. Your payment information will be required before the end of the trial period to continue using the Service without interruption.
d. Renewal Date: Upon renewal, your subscription will resume from the date of expiry of the previous subscription period, not from the date of the renewal payment. This ensures that there is no loss of service time if renewal is delayed.
e. Minimum Renewal Period: The minimum renewal period is 180 days. You cannot renew your subscription for a period shorter than 180 days. This ensures continuity of service and simplifies subscription management.
f. Data Access After Expiry: If your subscription plan expires and you choose not to renew, you will no longer have access to the platform, including the ability to access or download any data stored on the platform. To regain access to your data, you will need to renew your subscription. We do not allow data access without an active subscription.
g. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.
h. Account and Data Deletion: If the subscription fee is not paid within 6 months after the expiry of your previous subscription period, we reserve the right to delete your account and all data associated with it. This deletion is irreversible, and you will not be able to recover any data or content once the account is deleted.
5. License and Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes. You agree not to:a. Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service.
